  • Under optimum conditions, most supported devices are expected to charge from 0-100% in 4-5 hours.
  • Limited compatibility with:
    • iPhone 12 mini: ~8.0 hours charge time
    • iPhone 12: ~8.5 hours charge time
    • iPhone 12 Pro: ~8.5 hours charge time
    • iPhone 12: Pro Max: ~9.5 hours charge time
  • The magnets in the iPhone 12 series have also been found to reduce charging efficiency, resulting in slower charging times. All devices enter a slower charging mode once the battery level exceeds 80% due to battery chemistry limitations, which is especially pronounced in Base Station Pro.
    • Conditions that can lead to slower charging times:
      • Phone screen is active such as being on a call or Zoom.
      • Charging in a warm room exceeding 23.5º C (74º F).
      • Placing the charger on an insulating surface like a bed or carpet may increase the device's temperature.
      • An iPhone case greater than 3mm thick
    • Any combination of these conditions may result in devices not being fully charged to 100% after a full overnight charge.
  • How many devices can Base Station Pro charge?
    Base Station can charge up to 3 devices at once.
  • Does Base Station Pro work with all cases?
    Base Station Pro is compatible with most device cases, although we do not recommend a wallet style case with cards in the back.
