Standard Shipping

Most standard shipments are sent through USPS or FedEx Ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Orders may ship from either of our warehouses located in Santa Barbara, CA, or Hong Kong depending on your location and/or stock availability.

Orders may require +1 business day to process and ship. For example, orders placed on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. After an order is processed and shipped, packages usually reach their destination in 4-5 business days but can occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing delays. Please note, if your order contains one or more backordered or preordered item(s), all items in your order, including non-backorder/preorder items, may be held so they can ship together.

  • International Shipping

    International shipments are sent to most locations via FedEx International Priority. We do this to ensure the best possible shipping experience.

    Orders typically take 3-5 Business days to reach international destinations, but FedEx can sometimes have unexpected delays, resulting in up to 2 weeks for some destinations. Orders may also require up to +1 day to process, especially if you are located in a different timezone than the warehouse we are shipping from.

    International orders may ship from any of our three warehouses located in Santa Barbara, CA, or Hong Kong depending on your location and stock availability. Please note, if your order contains one or more backordered or preordered item(s), all items in your order, including non-backorder/preorder items, may be held so they can ship together.

    VAT & Duties

    Some countries outside of the U.S. may impose additional taxes and/or duties, such as VAT, to import an order. The taxes and/or duties related to an order are the responsibility of the customer. Any taxes and/or duties that are applied to import an order to its country of delivery will be calculated and displayed at checkout and included in the shipping fee for the order, except if your shipping address is in the United Kingdom. Paying for taxes and duties upfront allows Nomad to take the stress of coordinating international shipping off your shoulders and will help to speed up the shipping process so that you can receive your order faster.

    For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, VAT and duties for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout but they will not be included in the shipping fee. The VAT and duties calculated at checkout for orders shipping to the United Kingdom will be due on delivery and billed by the carrier of the shipment.

  • We Ship Worldwide

    Unfortunately we have found postal service to these countries unreliable, and do not ship to the following countries:

    • Brazil
    • Russia
    • Greece
    • Turkey

    Due to current FedEx restrictions, we cannot ship to:

    • Ukraine
    • Russia
    • Belarus

    Places We've Had a Hard Time Shipping To:

    Military Bases and APOs: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO we will try our very best to get your order to you, however, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this ends up being the case we will offer you a full refund.

    You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update.

    You can view your order status without an account. Just click the "View Order Status" button in your order confirmation email to view tracking status for your order.

    Issues With Tracking Info

    We are happy to help, but unfortunately we only have access to the same tracking information that you have. We ask that you please try to resolve any issue with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at support@nomadgoods.com
