We carefully designed Rugged Band's ribbed interior and micro-textured surface for all-day comfort. Contours on each end allow the band to naturally curve around your wrist for a comfortable fit, and molded loops securely hold the end of the band in place.

Each band is fitted with our custom designed, metal injection molded (MIM) buckle and lugs. High tolerance fit and sharp details are created with this industry leading marine grade 316 stainless steel. Choose between either Silver or Black hardware.

What is FKM rubber?Rugged Band is made of durable FKM so you can give it a good scrub with a sponge and dish soap. If it has a particularly stubborn stain, gently buff it with a Clorox wipe or Magic Eraser!

Is it OK to swim with this band?Yes, both the band and the aluminum pin are fully waterproof and do not require special care.

Rugged but Comfortable
I decided to downsize from an Ultra to a 42mm gloss black. Smaller is trending in the mechanical watch world. The smaller size invited a more rugged black band. This band does not disappoint. It doesn’t overpower the watch.
Better than Ocean Band. More comfortable.
I was looking to get replacement for my blue ocean band that I liked but found "not very comfortable" for daily wear. My quest got me to try both trail loop and alpine loop but I could not agree with clasping method on both plus the whole idea of needing a special washing care for those was not very appealing for me. I just wanted a comfortable rubber band with classic strap. If it gets dirty, quick wash under a water in kitchen sink : done. And this one delivered. Yes it's expensive but it's super comfortable and rubber used does not feels like higher quality variety (you really won't know it's there it's that soft and yet it does not leave you feeling like it will rip appart anytime soon - def not cheap rubber) and who are we kidding it looks awesome with black apple watch ultra 2. Downsides? My wrist is 7 inch and you will note that I'm on 3rd hole. This means that smaller wrist will get into trouble here probably needing 1st hole with "overhang" at the end of the strap. One more thing (but really minor) watch will disconnect from "2nd keeper" on occasion... not a big deal since band does have 2 of them... All in all if you can afford it go for it. 0 regrets here. Since I got this one ocean band started collecting serious dust with 0 hope that it will ever go back to the wrist. Easy 5 stars.
