We believe that many people already own multiple power adapters and that providing additional units creates unnecessary waste. Excluding adapters means we can make our packaging smaller and lighter. warranty service superb
The first unit was well boxed but packed in a large flimsy paper envelope that was torn wide open. The product box itself looked crushed on two sides and the charger glass was shattered in one place. The box, which is well constructed and offering great device protection, appeared to have been opened so I blame the shipper for this. Nomad promptly sent a new charger after I completed their warranty form on their website. This replacement was undamaged, still sealed box, and all is well. The Pixel 11Pro XL and iPhone Air mount securely and charge well in their cases, the Pixel being in a Bellroy leather magsafe type, the iPhone in a clear Spigen Magsafe type. The weight and build convey real quality and the Orange edition I ordered looks great; especially with the visible copper coil at the mounting disk. Appreciate the great quality and customer support. The only suggestion I would offer is to get Amazon to ship these in a box vs a unpadded, thin paper envelope.

Horrible Packaging
I was excited about this, and I’m not usually the one to spend $150 on a charger. But when I unpacked it on my kitchen table, it slipped from my hands and fell on the kitchen quartz countertop and cracked. It was not snugly packed that you would expect normally on a device like this. Super disappointed with the packaging since I never got to use it. Even accounting for my clumsiness, it wasn’t well packed.

Still in their own league
I’ve been buying and gifting Nomad Goods products for years. The fit and finish have always been excellent, and even with so many options out there now, I keep coming back. The Stand One in Silver looks great on my desk and has been perfect for working from home. It keeps my phone topped off throughout the day, so I can grab it and head out without worrying about my battery.
