We’re no longer including power adapters with most products, since many customers already have them and additional units create unnecessary waste. This shift also enables smaller, lighter packaging and more efficient shipping, helping reduce our overall carbon footprint.

We kicked off our Open Box initiative to cut back on unnecessary waste. Instead of discarding returned goods, our team carefully inspects and refurbishes each returned item and then makes them available at discounted rates. Learn more here.

At our Santa Barbara headquarters, we’re actively reducing our environmental impact by powering our office with renewable energy, responsibly recycling e-waste, encouraging walking, biking, and carpooling, and diverting waste from landfills through composting and recycling programs.
