Will the leather change or scratch over time?Our premium leather is minimally and naturally treated and is prone to scuffing and marking in the first few months of use. With time, scuffs and marks will buff out into a rich and lustrous patina. If you’re looking for a perfect finish, this is not the case for you. But, if you’re after an authentic leather patina, this is absolutely the case for you. For best care, use a high-quality leather conditioner.

What leather is used on Modern Leather Case?We spent over two years working with Danish leather tannery Ecco to develop a high-quality and environmentally responsible leather. While the leather patinas similarly to our heritage Horween leather, it is the product of modern tanning methods and is therefore a little easier to work with.

Where can I attach a lanyard on Modern Leather Case?There are two lanyard attachment points, both built into the reinforced speaker ports on the bottom edge of Modern Leather Case. We suggest our Wrist Strap.

excellent quality sleek design nice finish
idk how exactly the leather is processed on this but i suspect the Horween models might feel slightly more premium… this one seems almost “too” perfect, like it’s an ultra processed product that’s ground up and reassembled like a cork, or salami. but since idrc abt it being “authentic” leather and moreso just wanted the great design at a good price, i’m satisfied. i use this case for everyday—thin fit good pocket-feel and style—then i switch to my Rugged for work or if im going on an outdoor adventure.

Hands down I think it’s the nicest case I’ve owned since using smartphones , love, love, love this leather case, and the physical buttons appear to be very high quality as does the leather. I’m very careful to not have any other objects in my pocket with the phone, on account of what other reviewers have reported…saves on scarring the leather . Anyway, it fits phone great and looks awesome in brown .

I wanted a nice classy, simple minimalistic leather case that I can put on helps me hold my phone because usually I don’t use a case. This is exactly what I wanted gave me exactly what I was looking for. Great to put on a table during my meetings faced down, just a clean, great simple, luxurious, and functional design. Have the magnetic ring so I can use it with my phone holder in the car.
