Return and Refund Policy

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return within 30 days of your order's delivery date for a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee), provided any returned items are in new, unused condition and the original packaging is intact. We cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted if it does not meet these requirements.

Returns for refund within the U.S. may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where a shipping error occurred. VAT & Duties and import taxes are non-refundable. For orders delivered outside of the U.S., return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Policy

Nomad warrants our products against defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage to the product or personal property arising from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accidental damage, or failure to follow the instructions.

If we still have the product in stock, we'll send you a replacement of the exact same item. If we no longer have the same item in stock, we'll issue a store credit of equal value so you can pick out another item from nomadgoods.com. Once you've placed your new order, we'll refund the shipping fee associated with the replacement order.

Warranty claims for items purchased from sources other than nomadgoods.com must include proof of purchase. Any item purchased from an unauthorized reseller is not valid for returns or warranty claims.
