        Tracking Card is made of polycarbonate and lasts 5 months on a full charge, while Tracking Card Pro has a slightly heavier polycarbonate body with aluminum edges and lasts 16 months on a full charge. Otherwise, the cards are the same.
      • Will Tracking Card Pro fit in my wallet?
        Tracking Card Pro’s slim profile (2.5mm) will fit in most wallets.
      • How do I pair Tracking Card Pro to the Apple Find My app?
        Press and release the Find My button to power on your card, then open the Find My app on your Apple device. Tap the + icon, select Add Other Item, and choose Tracking Card Pro to finish pairing. Once connected, your card can emit a locating sound of about 94 dB, which may vary based on distance and wallet contents.
      • How do I charge Tracking Card Pro? How do I know that it’s fully charged?
        To charge Tracking Card Pro, simply place it on any Qi or MagSafe charger. The small circular light on the top right corner will turn green once the card is fully charged. To check your Tracking Card Pro’s battery percentage, navigate to the device in the Apple Find My app.
      • Does Tracking Card Pro support Precision Finding?
        You can track your items from anywhere in the world using the Apple Find My app, but sound alerts only work when you’re within about 150 feet. Since Apple doesn’t yet support Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology for third-party trackers, Tracking Card Pro doesn’t include Precision Finding at this time.
      • Does Tracking Card Pro work with RFID-blocking wallets?
        Most RFID-blocking wallets contain large metal components, which can interfere with Bluetooth connections. Since Tracking Card Pro relies on Bluetooth, it will likely experience interference when used with RFID-blocking accessories.
      • Will it demagnetize my credit cards?
        Tracking Card Pro does not have magnets and will not demagnetize or otherwise affect your credit cards. While Tracking Card Pro does not have a MagSafe magnet array, it has enough metal to attach to MagSafe chargers and receive a charge.
