How do I clean Tempo Band?Tempo Band is made of durable FKM so you can give it a good scrub with a sponge and dish soap. If it has a particularly stubborn stain, gently buff it with a Clorox wipe or Magic Eraser.

Is it okay to swim with this band?Yes, both the band and the aluminum pin are fully waterproof and do not require special care.
