Order Tracking

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it for you. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number, we will not be able to change or cancel it for you. But you can always return your order within 30 days of delivery in our Return Center.

To request a change or cancellation of your order, contact our team here. Please include your order number, and if you’re requesting a change to your order items or shipping address, please include all the necessary details, such as your updated shipping address, in your message.

Our warehouse works quickly to ship in-stock orders within one business day after your order is placed. If your order was placed Friday - Sunday or on a holiday, it may take another business day to process.

If your order includes a backordered item, any in-stock items from your order will be held so your whole order can ship together in a single shipment. This could potentially extend the processing time for your order.

If your delivery is missing, we recommend ensuring that your shipping address in your order confirmation email is accurate. Then, check with your neighbors, building management, and all nearby surroundings. If your delivery is still missing, please contact our team here for support.

If you received the wrong item(s) or something is missing from your package, please contact our team here, and we’ll make it right immediately.
