Will Modern Leather Case with MagSafe leave any marks on my iPhone?When using Modern Leather Case with MagSafe, you may notice a very subtle ring appear on the back of your iPhone (after taking the case back off). This ring is normal and can be completely wiped away using a clean cloth without causing any damage to your iPhone.

Will the leather change over time?Our Horween leather is vegetable-tanned, imbued with natural waxes and oils, and the surface is not sprayed with a synthetic sealant, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina. For best care, use a quality leather conditioner. Learn more

How are our cases different from other leather cases?The Horween leather used in our cases is made in the traditional style dating back to 1905. Most leathers use synthetic tanning chemicals, synthetic dyes, spray paints and spray sealants to make a "perfect" surface. We don't think modern leathers are perfect. After so many synthetic treatments, it is hardly leather at all. We love real, old style American leather.

Will the leather scratch?Designed with American leather that will scuff and mark. If you always want a perfect finish, this is not the case for you. But, if you are after the perfect authentic leather patina, this is absolutely the case for you.

Where can I attach a lanyard on Modern Leather Case?There are two lanyard attachment points, both built into the reinforced speaker ports on the bottom edge of Modern Leather Case. We suggest our Wrist Strap.

Great case, horrible buttons
The actual leather and build quality of the case feels great and has been holding up well. But the buttons for volume and power are the worst I’ve had on a case. Incredibly difficult to press and have a very mushy feel like I’m just trying to deform the mold of the rubber. I’ve had other high end brand cases and cheap cases and they all had better buttons than this. I’ve ended up changing my screen timeout shorter so I don’t have to use the power button to lock my phone now. Bit disappointed. But otherwise every other aspect of the case feels well made and looks great, but for the retail price the buttons should be far better than this.
