Review Title: Great product, but customer service and return process are a complete nightmare Review Body: There is nothing wrong with the product itself, but the return process and customer support are deeply flawed. After shipping the item back—and confirming they had received it—I emailed customer support multiple times regarding my refund. I was left waiting for nearly a month without a single response. At one point, I genuinely thought I would never get my money back. In the end, I had to file a chargeback with my credit card provider, which was the only thing that finally forced them to take action. The total lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase.
